What's included in the monthly maintenance fee?
The monthly retainer is not a passive fee — it covers ongoing strategy reviews, performance reporting, content updates within agreed scope, technical maintenance, and optimisation based on what the data shows each month. The work continues every month.
Do I have to pay for all five protocols separately?
No. The bundle pricing (Double Stack, Triple Stack, Full Suite) lets you run multiple protocols at a meaningful discount — up to 24% off vs. subscribing to each individually. Most clients start with one or two and add protocols as results come in.
Can I cancel after the minimum commitment period?
Yes. After the initial 3-month minimum (6 months for RANK GENERAL), you can cancel any protocol with 30 days' notice. We believe retention should come from results, not contracts.
Is ad spend included in the IGNITE retainer price?
No. The IGNITE retainer covers strategy, creative, campaign management, and reporting only. Your ad spend (usually billed to a credit card on file) goes directly to Google and Meta under your own accounts — you maintain full ownership and can pause or adjust the budget at any time.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is free and commitment-free. We'll scope what's right for your business and give you a clear picture before you decide anything.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
We set performance benchmarks at the start of every engagement. If we're underperforming by Month 3, we review strategy together — and if we can't course-correct, we'll initiate a mutual exit without penalty. We'd rather part well than keep a client who isn't winning.
